Low Back Description:
1. Nine fallacies relating to low back pain.
2. The sixteen major muscle groups that cause low back pain.
3. The correct ways to use trigger point and neuromuscular therapy.
4. The four ligaments that cause low back pain.
5. The eight-step evaluation and exercise plan for stopping low back pain.
6. The elements of self-treatment for common low back pain.

Hand Description:
This course explores the basic principles and concepts that apply to hand therapy. The subject matter is based on physical medicine, osteopathy, chiropractic and massage therapy. The course covers the basic protocols for treating hand injuries, preventing hand injuries, and self treatment.

Foot and Ankle Description:
This course explores the principles and concepts that apply to foot and ankle therapy. The five main topics that are covered in the course that are treatable by soft-tissue therapy are heel pain, ankle sprains, Achilles tendinitis, shin splints, and reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). Heel pain includes plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and other painful conditions that affect the heel or arch.

Ethics Description:
The course covers such varied concepts as sexual misconduct, compensation, scientific method, contraindications, informed consent, scope of patience, education, and self improvement.
